Founded by Greg and Brad Pitman, we combine technical knowledge with practical experience to provide safe, reliable, and efficient services across New Zealand.

Greg Pitman
Co-Founder & Lead Engineer

With 30 years as an instrument technician and machinery panel operator at Marsden Point oil refinery, Greg brings deep industrial experience to every project. He also has expertise in ticketed electrical work, heatpump, refrigeration, and security systems, and most recently in project management, engineering, and quality assessment in stainless steel fabrication. Greg serves as the lead engineer, technical expert, and quality/safety assessor, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Brad Pitman
Co-Founder & Lead Operator

Brad combines marketing, sales, and communications expertise with hands-on experience in stainless and heavy steel industries. As the lead operator of our laser cleaning equipment, he documents all jobs, develops standard operating procedures, and manages client contracts. Brad is the face and hands of the business, ensuring every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

Cheryll Pitman
Administration & Finance

Cheryll brings over 35 years of administration, finance, purchasing, and HR experience, having worked with multi-national companies including Telecom, Northpower, and Sport Northland. She oversees all administration, accounts, and operational processes, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to every client.
